Onboarding Fee
New monthly clients pay a one-time onboarding fee to set up the file, access, and close calendar. It is quoted in your proposal.
Payment Terms
- Monthly retainers are fixed for the year
- Retainers are billed by ACH on the 1st of each month
- Cleanup projects: 50% due at signing
- The $500 Books Assessment comes off a cleanup signed within 30 days
- No hourly billing on core work
- We do not prepare tax returns. We keep the books tax-ready and work with your CPA or tax preparer.
